Heyy,
ich bin Juliane und bin wegen eines Praktikums nicht mehr in Köln. Daher miete ich mein Zimmer unter!

Es handelt sich hier um ein Zimmer in einer 5-er WG mit total lieben Menschen:)
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und es gibt einen Balkon! Wir haben 2 Badezimmer.

Mein Zimmer ist 17 qm groß. Ich hab noch einen Schreibtisch den man auf dem Bild nicht sieht. Ich werde für dich die Kleiderstange freiräumen und meine Kommode ausräumen. So hast du genug Stauraum!

Die Lage ist wirklich super.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist wirklich fast alles in unter 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der Nähe sind gleich 3 Stationen für die Stadtbahn Eifelwall/Stadtarchiv 4 min entfernt, Bahnhof Süd 4 min, Barbarossaplatz 10 min.

Die Zülpicherstraße ist gleich nebenan, die Südstadt und das Belgische Viertel nicht weit entfernt und mit den Uniwiesen in der Nähe ein Traum, wo man gerne mal was trinken oder auch lesen und entspannen kann :)

Wir machen auch super gerne etwas zusammen, kochen, spielen Spikeball oder quatschen einfach in der Küche.
Über den Sommer wird es in der WG aber vermutlich etwas ruhiger.
