Hi! Das Zimmer ist ab 15.03. frei, bei Bedarf auch erst zum 01.04. beziehbar. Es ist ca. 16 qm groß und schön hell mit sog. französischem Balkon (aka bodentiefen Fenstern).

Es ist aktuell möbliert (Holzbett, schöner als das aufm Bild, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Garderobe, kleines Regal, Teppich) wegen vorheriger Zwischenmiete. Wenn dir Möbel gefallen, kannst du sie gern übernehmen und wenn nicht bzw. du eigene hast, dann raus damit.

Die Wohnung ist in einer kleinen Nebenstraße, im 4. OG (ohne Aufzug), es gibt einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und eine schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine und mittlerweile auch mit schönem großen Tisch;)

Die Lage ist überragend! Die Südstadt, der Rhein, die Bahnstation und alle Einkaufs- und Weggehmöglichkeiten etc. sind vor der Haustür.

Du wirst mit mir zusammen leben, ich bin Stella, 32 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus Hamburg und wohne jetzt seit ca. 2 Jahren in Köln. Ich bin gern aktiv und draußen, mache Kampfsport, laufe, fahre Motorrad und halte mich auch gern in Cafés und Kneipen auf.

Ich mag nicht gern alleine wohnen und freue mich auf das Zusammenwohnen. Obwohl es selbstverständlich ist, will ich festhalten, dass wir natürlich nicht komplett gleich ticken oder alles zusammen machen müssen. Ich wünsche mir einfach, dass wir nicht völlig aneinander vorbei leben und beide gerne nach hause kommen.
