Dein Zimmer ist bereits ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank. Es hat ein großes Fenster und Echtholzparkettböden. (Das Foto ist etwas älter und zeigt nicht die aktuelle Austattung.)

For rent is a 16 square metre room in a shared flat for 3 people. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher!), bathroom, small loggia and 2 further bedrooms. It is located on the 1st floor. There is a cellar and a locked courtyard for storing bicycles.
Your room is already furnished with a desk, chair and wardrobe. It has a large window and wooden parquet flooring. (The photo is somewhat older and does not show the current furnishings).
Beste Lage im Herzen von Köln, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Rudolfplatz als auch am Zülpicherplatz. Viele Cafes, Restaurants und Shops in direkter Umgebung, auch zur beliebten Aachener Strasse ist es nicht weit! Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, ruhig.

Great location in the heart of Cologne, 5 minutes walking to Rudolfplatz and Zülpicherplatz. Loads of cafés, retaurants and shops around, also only a short walk to Aachener Strasse! Despite central location quiet, as the flat is located in a sidestreet.
Wir sind eine berufstätige WG, bestehend aus 2 Personen im Alter von Ende 20 bis Anfang 30. Bei uns herrscht eine angenehme Balance zwischen gemeinschaftlichem Zusammenleben und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir unternehmen ab und zu gemeinsam etwas, tauschen uns gerne über den Tag aus und respektieren gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre jeder/s Einzelnen. Da wir berufstätig sind, kommt es auch mal vor, dass wir aufgrund von beruflichen Reisen nicht in der WG sind.
Insgesamt ist das WG-Leben bei uns recht unkompliziert.

We are a working flat share, consisting of 2 people aged between their late 20s and early 30s. We have a pleasant balance between living together and being able to retreat. We do things together from time to time, enjoy talking about the day and at the same time respect each other's privacy. As we work, there are times when we are not in the shared flat due to business trips.
Overall, life in our shared flat is quite uncomplicated.
