Hallo!
Bei uns in der WG wird ein Zimmer frei :)

Dad Zimmer ist seehr klein, möbliert mit einem Hochbett und einer Tisch-Nische und sogar kleinem eigenen Balkon. Viel Platz ist wirklich nicht, aber dafür haben wir ein Wohnzimmer und einen großen Gemeinschaftsbalkon.

Direkt am Barbarossaplatz ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. 30 Sek zu 12,15,16 & 18. Eine Minute zu Rewe, Lidl, Kiosks und allem was das Herz begehrt. 5 Min mit dem Fahrrad zu Köln Süd oder der Uni/ Mensa.

Wir sind eine entspannte 4er-WG, bestehend aus Paul, Amer und mir (Luzie). Paul und ich studieren zusammen Medizin im 5. Semester und Amer ist bereits berufstätig. Wir unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen, sind aber auch nicht böse drum, wenn jemand eher Einzelgänger ist. Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen :)

Paul und ich sind langfristig eher auf der Suche, nach etwas Günstigerem, wissen also nicht, wie lange wir noch bleiben, aber ihr kennt ja den Kölner Wohnungsmarkt. :,) Wir haben aber auch alle eigene Mietverträge, das macht es etwas entspannter.
