Hello!
I am Evi, I come from Greece and I am doing my master in Cologne. I am currently looking for a flatmate in my beautiful apartment in Nippes, Cologne. I am looking for someone who is respectful regarding personal space and each other's privacy. Also, cleaning and keeping the house tidy is very important for me. I myself am a student so I don't have a lot of free time but whenever i have some, I like to paint and draw, I enjoy taking walks in the park or going to the gym, I also like cooking and baking and of course watching series and reading.
About the house:
The room costs 619 euros per month, including all utilities. (Employed applicants are required to provide the last three pay slips. For students or individuals without income, a parental guarantor is required).
The apartment is very well located. Right outside the door, you’ll find a Netto supermarket. Rewe, pharmacies, bakeries, and more are also nearby! A tram stop is just a five-minute walk away.
International:
Since me myself am an international student i would prefer it if someone with a similar background would move in so that I can be sure we share similar views of how everyday life can be in the apartment. It is also very important for me to communicate in English since I don't know German.
