Hallo:)
mein Zimmer steht ab dem 15.11.24 zur befristeten Untermiete zur Verfügung, da ich Anfang November umziehe.
Mein Zimmer gehört zu einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung, mit einem Balkon und eigenen Hinterhof. Es gibt ein eigenen Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine im Keller von uns die kostenfrei genutzt werden kann.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Barbarossaplatz und dem Zülpicher Platz, weshalb du auch direkt Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Supermärkten, Bars etc hast:)

In der Wohnung wohnt noch eine nette Freundin von mir, die jetzt auch fertig mit ihrem Bachelor geworden ist. Sie geht gerne Abends weg, mal ein Bierchen oder Weinchen sippen, sie geht auch gerne spazieren, hat eine große Begeisterung für Bücher und ist immer offen dafür etwas zu unternehmen.

PS: im November und Dezember ist Sie viel arbeiten und daher kaum zu Hause. Aber Sie arbeitet auch am Weihnachtsmarkt wo du auch gerne mal auf ein Glühwein vorbeischauen kannst:)
