The flat is quiet big, has a long hallway and two bathrooms. The kitchen is big enough for little gatherings. The flat was renovated half a year ago.
The room has a big window , that opens like two doors. if you look out, you will see the Neptunplatz and -bad (Sauna) on your left and the Venloer Street on your right.
The matress is a Futon, that you can roll in during the day (if you like). I have a lot of beautiful plants. If you don't like to care about plants, I can put them to my flatmates and they will care.
There is a vinyl player, a lamp for the desk and anoterh lamp to read.
The room will be with furniture. I will put a lot of my stuff in the cellar. One closed commode I will leave with stuff of mine. The rest will be free for your stuff.
In Ehrenfeld you can find a lot of bars, cafés and shops. The U-Bahn 3 und 4 is directly in front of the house and the s-bahn is 5 minutes away (takes you directly to HBF and the other side of the rhine). Grüngürtel (Park) is 5 minutes away.
We like to live and spend time together, cook, have a coffee in the morning.. most of it happening spontaneously.
We care about each other and try to keep the flat clean, so that everyone feels comfortable.
Generally we all very busy and out a lot of the day. Having people over is always fine and its important to us, to be welcoming to guests !
