Ich gehe für 4-5 Monate für meine Masterarbeit nach Island, daher wird für diese Zeit mein WG-Zimmer frei.
Das WG Zimmer ist ca.9qm allerdings ist die Gemeinschaftsfläche ca.50qm und es gibt die Möglichkeit, Sachen im Flur(Einbauschränke) und im Kellerabteil zulagern. Gesamtmiete sind 700€ damit sind alle Kosten abgedeckt. Zu zweit könnt ihr euch auch den Tiefgeragenstellplatz teilen.
Das Zimmer kann leer oder möbeliert übergeben werden, wie es bevorzugt ist.
Die Wohnung ist im 6 OG mit Aufzug. Daher ist der Ausblick Richtung Dom und co. Hervorragend.
Die WG ist im Zentrum von Ehrenfeld, zwischen Venloer und Aachener Straße.
5 min zur Strasenbahn und 12 min zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld.
Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell in Bars Kneipen und Klubs.
Ein männlichen Mitbewohner 25Jahre alt sehr pflegeleicht. Die Wohnung ist recht sauber und ordentlich und es wird viel unternommen.
