Tatsächlich werden zwei Zimmer frei. Eines ist 14m2 groß (ca 350€) und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Das andere ist 24m2 (ca450€) groß und zur Bergisch Gladbacher raus liegt.
Beide Zimmer sind sehr lichtdurchflutet und geräumig.
Fußläufig zur S Bahn und zur 3 und 18.
Es ist einer 3er WG wobei zwei Menschen ausziehen werden.
Du wirst mir Kamol zusammen wohnen. Er ist ein offener, freundlicher Mensch der teils im Home Office, teils im Büro arbeitet.
Außerdem ist es wichtig dass du LGBTQI+ freundlich bist!
Bitte schreibe einige Zeilen über dich und außerdem ist es wichtig dass du alle Unterlagen beisammen hast. Dazu zählen eine positive Schufa (request now) Auskunft, Gehaltsnachweise bzw Bürgschaft. Du wirst der Hausberwaltung auch einige Zeilen über dich schreiben müssen.
Bei Einzug fällt ein Abschlag für Küche und co. Für 400€ an und eine Kaution in Höhe von 700€.
