Ich reise für 3 Wochen nach Südostasien und möchte für die Zeit das Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet.

Fünf Minuten Fußweg zu Linie 3 und 4 (Haltestelle Leyendecker Straße). Zehn Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld.
Lidl, Netto, Aldi und Rewe fußläufig erreichbar. Apotheke und Kiosks nebenan.
Ich lebe mit meiner besten Freundin Myriel zusammen. Sie ist eine gute Seele und arbeitet pädagogisch mit Kindern. Da sie selbstständig ist ist sie mal unter der Woche zu Hause oder auch mal eine ganze Woche weg. Wir legen viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Sind aber auch manchmal Chaosköpfe und sind eher ruhelos am rumtingeln als Stubenhocker.
Gut möglich das am Wochenende auch mal Besuch von Freunden da ist und es etwas lauter wird.
Im ganzen Haus wohnen junge Paare oder Freunde, mit denen wir ein gutes Verhältnis pflegen :)
Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert, also behandle sie bitte dementsprechend. Ich werde eine kleine Kaution im Voraus verlangen.
