Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock und hat 3 WG-Zimmer, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder (Klo und Dusche getrennt), eine Küche mit Waschtrockner und ein gemeinsamen Balkon. Das freie Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett (160cm x 200cm), Schrank und Schreibtisch (160cm x 80cm).
Neben der Wohnung ist ein großer Park mit viel Freifläche. S-Bahn (Linie 12) und Bus sind sehr nah.
Wir sind drei Freunde die vor 1,5 Jahren nach Köln gezogen sind zum Studieren. Das Verhältnis ist entspannt und freundschaftlich. Gekocht hat bisher jeder für sich sonst ist es eigentlich eine normale Jungs WG gewesen, Fußball schauen, Ping Pong spielen, Billard spielen, Bier trinken und studieren.
Das Zimmer ist befristet, da ich dann wiederkomme.
