Unsere WG besteht aus zwei Badezimmern, einer Küche mit Essbereich und natürlich 5 WG Zimmern.
Zusätzlich haben wir noch eine Dachterasse, die aber noch renoviert werden muss.
Das eine WG Zimmer besitzt einen kleinen Balkon und einen Kamin(650€ kalt).
Das andere Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof, was nochmal mehr Ruhe bedeutet. (600€ kalt).

Our shared flat consists of two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and of course 5 rooms.
We also have a roof terrace, which still needs to be renovated.
One room in the shared flat has a small balcony and a chimney (650€ cold rent).
The other room has a window facing the inner courtyard, which means even more peace and quiet (600€ cold rent).

Unsere WG liegt super zentral in Mülheim, direkt am Wiener Platz. Somit hat man den Vorteil Anbindung an den Bus-, Bahn-, und Zugverkehr zu haben.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind direkt vor der Tür und somit fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner, aber schöner Park ist auch direkt um die Ecke und das Rheinufer erreicht man auch in wenigen Minuten.

Our shared flat is very centrally located in Mülheim, directly on Wiener Platz. This gives you the advantage of being connected to bus, tram and train services.
All shopping facilities for daily needs are right outside the door and therefore within walking distance. A small but beautiful park is also just around the corner and the banks of the Rhine can also be reached in a few minutes.

Ich, Lina (sie/ihr) bin 21 und studiere Soziale Arbeit und bin eine offene Person, weswegen ich mich gerne auf Gespräche jeglicher Art einlasse.Kochen tue ich auch gerne und wenn man Glück hat, kriegt man auch mal etwas ab. Ansonsten liebe ich Trash-TV und ab und zu auch Sport. Da ich ein Fan von Gesellschaftsspiele bin, kannst du bei gemeinsamen Interesse dich auf gemeinsame Abende mit verschiedenen Spielen freuen!

Connor (er/dey) ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Soziale Arbeit im dualen System. Er ist sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und lernt gerne neue Menschen kennen. In seiner Freizeit hört er gerne Musik und geht auch ab und zu auf Konzerte.
Zudem tauscht er sich gerne über Bücher, Serien und queere Popkultur aus.
Er ist immer offen für gemütliche WG Abende.

Tim (er/ihn) ist 20 Jahre alt und macht meine Ausbildung zum Goldschmied. Er ist ruhig und gelassen, lässt sich aber auch gerne auf kleine Gespräche in der Küche ein. Ein gemeinsamer Austausch ist ihm dementsprechend wichtig.
Seine Hobby ist Tennisspielen.

I, Lina (she/her), am 21 and study social work and I am an open person, which is why I like to get involved in conversations of any kind. Apart from that, I love trash TV and sports from time to time. As I'm a fan of board games, you can look forward to evenings together with different games if you're interested!

Connor (he/they) is 21 years old and is also studying social work in the dual system. He is very friendly, open-minded and enjoys meeting new people. In his free time, he likes to listen to music and occasionally goes to concerts.
He also enjoys talking about books, series and queer pop culture.
He is always open to cosy evenings in a shared flat.

Tim (he/him) is 20 years old and is doing my apprenticeship as a goldsmith. He is calm and relaxed, but also likes to get involved in small conversations in the kitchen. It's therefore important for him to socialise.
His hobby is playing tennis.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass eine Person einzieht, die aufgeschlossen ist und gerne an einem WG-Leben teilnimmt. Aktivitäten, die wir gerne zusammen machen reichen von zusammen bei mir aufm Balkon sitzen und quatschen über kochen bis hin zum Party machen. Genauso respektieren wir natürlich auch, wenn du mal Zeit für dich haben möchtest, jedoch sind wir alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Zusätzlich ist uns Ordnung wichtig, was bei dir ebenfalls so sein sollte.

It's important to us that someone moves in who is open-minded and enjoys living in a shared flat. Activities that we like to do together range from sitting on my balcony and chatting to cooking and partying. Of course, we also respect it if you want to have some time to yourself, but we are definitely not a functional shared flat.In addition, tidiness is important to us, which should also be the case with you.
