ich vermiete mein Zimmer von Anfang März bis Mitte/Ende August, weil ich für ein Praktikum nach Paris ziehe (über die genauen Zeiten könnte man nochmal). Das Zimmer ist knapp 12qm groß (durch das Hochbett wirkt es größer) und die Miete beträgt 465€ (inkl. alles).

Die WG liegt im Eifelwall, fußläufig von Uni, Mensa (ca. 8 min) und Unisport. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, aber es gibt sehr viele Bars, Cafés, Clubs und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Volksgarten und der innere Grüngürtel sind auch direkt vor der Haustür.
Du würdest mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen zusammen wohnen. Beide sind super lieb und sehr entspannt. Wir sitzen häufiger mal Abends zusammen und unternehmen ab und zu was als WG. Wir achten aber auch darauf, dass alle ihre Privatsphäre haben :)
Die Vermieterin hat die Untervermietung genehmigt und wir würden einen Untermietvertrag aufsetzen.
