Hiya, es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG in Köln Odenwaldstraße 32, die monatliche Miete würde 600(Warmmiete),- inkl. aller Nebenkosten betragen.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und Bad und Küche werden mit den Mitbewohnern geteilt. Die Adresse ist Odenwaldstr. 32 und die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG. Die Miete wäre ab 10 Februar 2025 und die Laufzeit ist unbefristet. Die WG wird im März renoviert und erhält einen frischen look und touch.Es handelt sich um eine voll möblierte Wohnung. In der Küche gibt es auch ein Schlafsofa. Ich könnte dir auch meinen Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch für €20 überlassen, wenn du sie behalten möchtest.
Es liegt 3 Minuten von Netto, 1 Minuten von Cafe der Rone, 3 oder 4 Kioske 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, ein marokkanischer Supermarkt 1 Minute entfernt, 10 Minuten von Lidl, 12 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Trimbornstraße, 14 Minuten von Kalk Post und auch in der Nähe der Köln Arcaden. Die WG liegt in einer schönen Gegend mit einfachem Zugang zu allen Notwendigkeiten.
Mittlerweile ist auch der andere Mitbewohner ausgezogen und es wird ein neuer Mitbewohner zu uns kommen. Der jetzige Mitbewohner ist Yoldas, er ist 23 und macht gerade seine Ausbildung und ist ein netter und freundlicher Typ.
Schneller Ablauf zur WG.

Hiya, it is a 3-person shared apartment in Cologne Odenwaldstrasse 32, the monthly rent would be 550 (warm rent),- including all additional costs.
The room is 18sqm and the bathroom and kitchen are shared with the roommates. The address is Odenwaldstr. 32 and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The rent would be from February 10, 2025 and the term is unlimited. The shared apartment will be renovated in March and will get a fresh look and touch.
It is a fully furnished apartment. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen as well. I could also leave my closet and desk if you want to keep them, for €20.
It is 3 minutes from Netto, 1 minute from Cafe der Rone, 3 or 4 kiosks 2 minutes from the apartment, a Moroccan supermarket 1 minute away, 10 minutes from Lidl, 12 minutes walk from Trimbornstrasse S-Bahn station, 14 minutes from Kalk Post and also near the Cologne Arcaden. The shared apartment is in a nice area with easy access to all necessities.
The other roommate has now moved out and a new roommate will be joining us. The current roommate is Yoldas, he is 23 and is currently doing his apprenticeship and is a nice and friendly guy.
