beautiful apartment in Deutz 💫 wunderschöne Wohnung in Deutz 💫

The apartment is on the Schäälsick. ...we know, for it close to the Rhine where you can really walk! Lines 1 and 9 as well as some buses drive outside the door, but the kiosk is still closer to Gottseidank. The Lanxess Arena and the campus Deutz of TH are also next door. The next Lidl is about 7 minutes far away, but there is a bus going back and forth for the weekly ink.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der Schäälsick. …we know, dafür nah am Rhein wo man echt schön spazieren kann! Die Linien 1 und 9 sowie einige Busse fahren vor der Tür, der Kiosk liegt Gottseidank aber trotzdem noch näher. Die Lanxess Arena und der Campus Deutz der TH sind ebenfalls direkt nebenan. Der nächste Lidl ist ca. 7 Minuten weit weg, da fährt aber für die Wocheneinkäuft extra ein Bus hin und her.

To us:
Timon is 26 and enthusiastic angler and is even market leader in a fishing shop. Otherwise he is musical, sings and plays many instruments. He is a super open type that can be thrilled with everything and find a common denominator with each. There's really nothing you can't talk to him about.

I am Léna, 28 and find it very difficult to write these texts about me haha. I like to go with friends or invite them here and cook for everyone. Actually, I'm always for coffee and talk, go for a walk and drink celiac, just registered with Urban Sports and start a new job.

We are open-minded and fun people. Here a lot of music is heard (all, we are curious what you bring), laughed and simply lived.
Apart from the fact that everyone does their own thing, we like to be in nature and at the weekend in a pub or a techno club. We like to invite people, but we like our peace. I would call us open and relaxed, in addition as empathic people who are important as others are.

Open communication is super important. We clarify things directly and love each other :) We also want to expect this from our future roommates as we simply want to live a relaxed life. We're looking for someone who wants to do something with us, but in the best case he has his own life in Cologne.

Zu uns:
Timon ist 26 und begeisterter Angler und ist sogar Marktleiter in einem Angelladen. Ansonsten ist er musikalisch, singt und spielt viele Instrumente. Er ist ein super offener Typ der sich für alles begeistern und mit jedem einen gemeinsamen Nenner finden kann. Es gibt wirklich nichts worüber man sich nicht mit ihm unterhalten kann.

Ich bin Léna, 28 und finde es sehr schwierig diese Texte über mich zu schreiben haha. Ich bin gerne mit Freunden unterwegs oder lade sie hierher ein und koche für alle. Bin eigentlich immer für Kaffee und quatschen, zum Spazierengehen und Kölsch trinken, hab mich gerade bei Urban Sports angemeldet und fange einen neuen Job an.

Wir sind weltoffene und lustige Menschen. Hier wird viel Musik gehört (alllles, wir sind gespannt was du mitbringst), gelacht und einfach gelebt.
Abgesehen davon dass jeder sein eigenes Ding macht, sind wir gerne in der Natur unterwegs und am Wochenende auch mal in ner Kneipe oder nem Techno Club. Wir laden gerne mal Leute ein, haben aber genau so gerne unsere Ruhe. Ich würde uns als offen und entspannt bezeichnen, darüber hinaus als empathische Menschen denen es wichtig ist wie es anderen geht.

Uns ist offene Kommunikation super wichtig. Wir klären Sachen direkt und sind lieb zueinander :) Das erwarten und wünschen wir uns auch von unserem zukünftigen Mitbewohner auch, da wir einfach ein entspanntes Leben leben möchten. Wir suchen nach jemandem der Lust hat was mit uns zu machen, aber im Bestfall auch schon sein eigenes Leben in Köln hat.

It would be great if you like plants! We are still working on the fact that our apartment looks like a jungle, and if you also have a hand for we can always look forward to new leaves haha. If you still like to drink coffee and have a lot of sloping Sunday breakfast, that's half the rent! For our balcony we want to create pallets and a barbecue.

Es wäre echt toll wenn du Pflanzen magst! Wir arbeiten noch daran dass unsere Wohnung wie ein Dschungel aussieht und wenn du da auch ein Händchen für hast können wir uns immer über neue Blätter freuen haha. Wenn du abgesehen davon noch gerne Kaffee trinkst und viel von ausschweifenden Sonntagsfrühstück hälst ist das schon die halbe Miete! Für unseren Balkon wollen wir noch Paletten und einen Grill anschaffen.
