Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber sehr schön hell durch das große Fenster zur Süd-/Westseite. Das Fenster ist zum Garten hin gerichtet und dadurch hört man gar nichts von der Straße und hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne :) In der ganzen Wohnung ist ein schöner heller Boden verlegt. Es sind bereits alle Möbel darin, du musst also nichts mitbringen. Dazu gehören: Ein Bett mit Schubladen für mehr Stauraum, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Lampe, und eine große Kommode.
The room is relatively small but very bright thanks to the large window facing the south/west side. The window overlooks the garden, so you don’t hear anything from the street and have a beautiful view of the greenery :) The entire apartment has a lovely light-colored floor. All the furniture is already in the room, so you don’t need to bring anything. This includes a bed with drawers for extra storage, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and lamp, and a large drawer.
Lindenthal ist einer der schönsten und ruhigsten Stadttteile Kölns. Zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle läuft man weniger als 5 Minuten. Dort fahren die Linie 7 in die Innenstadt und die Linie 13 über den Gürtel, man ist also super angebunden. Es fährt auch noch ein Bus in die Innenstadt. In unter 10 min Laufnähe gibt es Supermärkte (Rewe bis 24 Uhr geöfnet), Kiosks, Apotheken, Bäcker, Restaurants und alles was man sonst so braucht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung direkt gegenüber des Stadtwald, einer der schönsten und größten Parks in Köln, in der man super spazieren gehen oder joggen kann. Die Lage ist also insgesamt echt super.
Lindenthal is one of the most beautiful and quietest districts of Cologne. The nearest tram stop is less than a five-minute walk away. From there, tram line 7 takes you to the city center, and line 13 runs along the Gürtel, so you’re very well connected. There is also a bus that goes to the city center. Within a 10-minute walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets (including a Rewe open until midnight), kiosks, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Additionally, the apartment is located directly across from the Stadtwald, one of Cologne’s largest and most beautiful parks, perfect for walking or jogging. Overall, the location is really fantastic.
Gerade wohnen Nico und Melina in der WG. Georgina zieht zusammen mit dir Mitte März neu ein. Wir sind eine internationale WG und kommunizieren sowohl in englisch als auch in deutsch.
Wir quatschen gerne in der Küche oder trinken mal was zusammen oder spielen ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele. Es passiert aber auch häufig, dass wir uns ein paar Tage kaum sehen, da wir alle unterschiedliche Routinen, Jobs/Studium und Hobbies haben. Wir verstehen haben kein super aktives WG-Leben, aber haben uns zuhause immer nett unterhalten. Wenn du Katzen magst, wird dir diese Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Regelmäßig kommt nämlich unsere bezauberende Nachbarskatze, die wir Cookie getauft haben, vorbei und kuschelt sehr süß (in letzter Zeit ist sie ein sehr regelmäßiger Gast bei uns, gefällt ihr wohl gut…)
Right now, Nico and Melina live in the apartment. Georgina will be moving in with you in mid-March. We are an international flatshare and communicate in both English and German.
We enjoy chatting in the kitchen, having a drink together, or playing board games. However, it also happens quite often that we don’t see each other for a few days since we all have different routines, jobs/studies, and hobbies. We don’t have a super active flatshare life, but we always have nice conversations at home.
If you like cats, you’ll love this apartment. Our adorable neighbor’s cat, whom we’ve named Cookie, visits us regularly and loves to cuddle. Lately, she’s been coming by very often—she must really like it here!
Es gibt einen extra Raum mit Waschmaschinen, Trockner und Wäscheständer für das ganze Haus. Du hast also weder den Krach der Waschmaschine noch deine nasse Wäsche in der Wohnung.
There is a separate room with washing machines, a dryer, and a drying rack for the entire building. So you don’t have to deal with the noise of the washing machine or have wet laundry in your apartment.
