Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes, schönes Fenster, das für angenehme Helligkeit sorgt. Die Gardinen verdunkeln es nachts ausreichend, sodass man es gut abdunkeln kann. Mit etwa 18 m² bietet es genügend Platz und ist derzeit möbliert (Schreibtisch, kleines Bett, großes Sideboard, Nachttisch, Sofa - bei Interesse auch eine Kleiderstange). Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet ist, bleibt es trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer kleinen Küche und einem modernen, kleinen Bad.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral und befindet sich Nähe Zülpicher Platz und Rathenauplatz. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super!!
Ich habe mein Referendariat abgeschlossen und arbeite als Lehrerin an einer Grundschule (dafür muss ich früh aufstehen…)
An Wochenenden bin viel unterwegs mit Freund:innen: über UrbanSports, in Bars, im Kino/Theater/Museum, Parks und vielem mehr 😊
Das Zimmer kann von Anfang April bis Ende Mai untergemietet werden mit der Option zur Verlängerung bis Ende Oktober (ggf. sogar unbefristeter Vertrag, dann mit Übernahme eines Sideboards).
