Weil ich in eine eigene Wohnung umgezogen bin, ist ein gemütliches 12qm-Zimmer mit nur ein wenig Dachschräge und ausgespartem Fenster frei.
Neben dem eigentlichen Zimmer gibt es Küche (mit Spülmaschine), Bad und Flur, außerdem eine Abstellkammer, in der man auch Wäsche trocknen kann.
Alles kein Luxus, aber ordentlich in Größe und Ausstattung, schön hell.
Die Bahn ist quasi direkt daneben (KVB Linie 3 und 18), man kommt innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten zu Hauptbahnhof und Messe/Deutz, Uni dauert ca. eine halbe Stunde. Die umliegenden Stadtteile sind neben dem ÖPNV super mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Das Viertel/die Lage ansonsten ist eher ruhig, man kann abends aber natürlich trotzdem unterwegs sein. :)
Die beiden jetzigen Mitbewohner sind Soline und Talha, beide zuverlässig und kommunikativ. Aktionen zusammen gibt's eher selten, weil alle viel unterwegs sind, sehen tut man sich aber auf jeden Fall häufiger und auch mal was zusammen essen o. ä. ist drin. :D
Einen immer aktuellen Putzplan gibt's auch, alles andere läuft per Absprache.
Noch wichtig: Soline hat eine Katze, die ist fast immer in ihrem Zimmer, etwas Kontakt hat man aber natürlich trotzdem. :)
