Das Haus ist 2 Gehminuten vom Neumarkt (L1, L3, L4, L9) und 2 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Poststraße (L18) entfernt. Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, sowie hunderte Klamotten-, Einrichtungs- und Outdoorgeschäfte sowie sehr viele Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage liegt das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Straße die in einem Wendehammer endet. Beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster merkt man nicht, dass man in einer Großstadt lebt.
Lina, wohnt im großen Zimmer, sie studiert IBW, ist immer mal wieder in Marokko--
Noah wohnt im kleinen Zimmer, er wird Grundschullehrer.

Wir machen immer wieder Wohnungsübergreifend was! Natürlich nur wer will.
Das Haus ist aus den 1950er, Zentralheizung.
