Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und hat ein Fenster in Richtung Süden. Es ist fast quadratisch geschnitten und hat einen Dielenboden. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 380 Euro (Kaltmiete, Heizung, Strom, Internet, Rundfunkgebühr).
Erwähnenswert ist außerdem unser wunderschöner Balkon, der im Sommer nachmittags und abends Sonne hat. Der Balkon ist über die Küche zu erreichen, die Wohnung ist wie gemacht für eine WG.
Im Zimmer würden noch Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, kleines Bücherregal und ein Bett mit Lattenrost (nicht das vom Foto, sondern Ikea Askvoll) bleiben, Abschlag 450€ (ink. Küchenanteile).

The room is about 12 sqm and has a window facing south. It is almost square cut and has a floorboard. The costs are 380 euros (cold rent, heating, electricity, internet, ans broadcasting fee included).
Also worth mentioning is our beautiful balcony, which has sun in the summer afternoons and evenings. The balcony is accessible through the kitchen, the apartment seems to be made for a shared flat.
The room would still have a desk, wardrobe, small bookshelf and bed with slatted frame (not the one in the photo, but Ikea Askvoll), costing once extra 450€ (inkl. kitchen share).
Die Wohnung liegt in Nippes, in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die Haltestelle Geldernstraße/Parkgürtel (S11, U13). Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
In 10 Gehminuten erreicht man die Neusser Straße. Neben der U-Bahn Haltestelle Florastraße (U12 und 15) befinden sich hier alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Im direkten Umkreis findet sich außerdem ein Netto, ein täglich stattfindender Markt mit wirklich günstigem Obst und Gemüse und das "Nippeser Tälchen", ein netter kleiner Park.

The apartment is located in Nippes, in a quiet street. 5 minutes walk away is the stop Geldernstraße/Parkgürtel (S11, U13). With the S-Bahn you can reach the main station in 10 minutes.
Neusser Straße is a 10-minute walk away. In addition to the Florastraße subway stop (U12 and 15), all stores for daily needs are located here. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a Netto, a daily market with really cheap fruits and vegetables and the "Nippeser Tälchen", a nice little park.
Ich ziehe mit meinem Freund zusammen und werde deshalb leider bald mit meiner Katze diese schöne WG verlassen😢
Daher suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in! Zu uns: Tilman ist 35 und arbeitet bei einer Menschenrechts-NGO, Norah ist 21 und studiert Geschichte und Linguistik.
Mal spontan etwas kochen, einen Spiel- oder Filmabend machen, Rücksicht nehmen, den Haushalt organisieren, das wäre so unsere Beschreibung zwischen "Keine Zweck-WG" und "Keine festen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten". Außer einem Putzplan gibt es keine Verpflichtungen oder so.
Wir bekommen jede Woche frisches Gemüse über die GemüseKooperative, Mithilfe beim Verkochen ist hoch willkommen, weil es manchmal echt viel ist.
Tilman ist auf jeden Fall nicht auf Party aus, macht aber gerne hobbymäßig Musik, neben Keyboard auch etwas Gitarre. Ansonsten mal mehr, mal weniger aktiv irgendwo in der Klimagerechtigkeitsbewegung.
Norah ist viel mit Uni, Fachschaft oder Sport unterwegs, hat aber genauso gerne Freunde Zuhause und ist bei gemütlichem Quatschen in der Küche und Spieleabenden dabei 😊

I’m moving in with my boyfriend and will therefore be leaving this lovely shared flat soon with my cat😢
That‘s why we are looking for a new flatmate! About us: Tilman is 34 and works for a human rights NGO, Norah is 21 and studies history and linguistics.
Cooking something spontaneously, playing a game or watching a movie together, being considerate, organizing the household, that would be our description between "No purpose shared apartment" and "No fixed joint activities". Except for a cleaning schedule, there are no commitments or anything.
We get fresh vegetables every week from a vegetable cooperative, and help with cooking those is very welcome, because sometimes it's a lot.
Tilman is definitely not into partying, but likes to make music as a hobby, besides keyboard also some guitar. Otherwise sometimes more, sometimes less, he is active somewhere in the climate justice movement.
Norah is out and about a lot with university, student council or sports, but she also enjoys having friends at home and chatting in the kitchen and game nights 😊
