Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, hat ein Fenster nach Süden und ist unmöbliert. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, eins davon nutzen wir gemeinsam als Wohnzimmer/Gästezimmer. Die Küche ist geräumig und ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig ca. 3 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof in Nippes entfernt und hat somit eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Netto, Rewe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nette Cafes, Kneipen und Restaurants gibt es zahlreich in Nippes, im nah gelegenen Ehrenfeld und Agnes-Viertel. Mit der Bahn fährt man 4 Minuten zum Hbf und auch sonstige interessante Stadtteile Kölns sind sehr gut mit Bahn, Bus und Rad erreichbar.
Ich (Sina) arbeite als Stadtplanerin und bin ansonsten gerne sportlich aktiv: Acroyoga, Tanzen, Segeln …
Dementsprechend bin ich öfter unterwegs, freue mich aber ebenso auf eine gesellige Zeit, nette Gespräche, gemeinsames Kochen und spontane Aktionen.
Für mich ist eine gute Kommunikation, ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander und eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit in der Wohnung wichtig. Im Haus wird außerdem Wert auf Ruhe gelegt.
