Hi WG-Suchende,

ich vermiete mein Zimmer (15 m²) im Europahaus unter.
Ab dem 01.03.2025 kannst du das Zimmer beziehen.
Ende 31.08.2025.

Bilder gibt es auf Anfrage, du kannst aber auch „Europahaus Konstanz“ googlen, die Zimmer sehen alle gleich aus bzw sind gleich ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer liegt im 6ten Stock. Hier hast du einen tollen Blick auf die Alpen und hast deine Ruhe.
Ich habe mir ein größeres Bett gebaut, diese Konstruktion könntest du gegen eine kleine Ablöse behalten.

Aktuell wohnen wir zu 4 hier. Zum nächsten Semester ziehen allerdings 2 weitere Mitbewohner aus.

Schreib mich gerne per PN an, ich geb dir gern Auskunft und freu mich dich bald kennenzulernen :)

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Die HTWG ist in der selben Straße. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3min entfernt. Von da aus kommst du direkt an die Uni oder flott in die Altstadt.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5min entweder bei Edeka oder bei Lidl. Zum Seerhein zum baden brauchst du gerade einmal eine Minute.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit auf einen eigenen Parkplatz im Parkhaus!
Dein Fahrrad kannst du ganz easy einfach in die Fahrradkammer stellen.
