Hallo zusammen,
Ich gebe das Mansardenzimmer der Wohnung in der ich selbst auch wohne zur Untermiete. Das Zimmer ist durch das Treppenhaus von der Wohnung getrennt, hat aber ein extra Zimmer mit Toilette und Waschbecken und einen Flur in dem beispielsweise auch ein Schrank untergebracht werden kann. Es ist quasi eine kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ohne Küche und Dusche. Eigenes Duschbad, Küchenmitbenutzung mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine in meiner Wohnung. Das Zimmer oben hat ebenfalls einen eigene Klingel.
Lage ist stadtnah und ist gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden.
Die Uni liegt auch sehr nah.
Ich würde mir für das Zimmer eine nette und tierliebe Studentin wünschen.
In meiner Wohnung ist auch mein Lunchen, ein kleines liebenswürdiges Hundchen, unterwegs.
