It’s a two bedroom apartment (66sqm) with a big kitchen and dining space. The room is around 20sqm, bright and spacious (furnished). The apartment is also equipped with all the appliances.

The apartment is right next to Hochschule Niederrhein Campus West, a 10 min walk from Hbf and city centre. The bus stop (Adlerstraße) is right below the apartment. The supermarkets- Netto, Lidl, Aldi and Rossmann are in a 5-10 minutes vicinity by walk.

I’m looking for a flatmate from April onwards. I work as an Urban Planner and Architect in Niederrhein area for development projects.

As we’ll be only two people living in the flatshare, it’s a quite chill environment. I’m an easy going person, and expect the same.

Cleanliness and discipline is upmost priority for me!
Pets and smoking are not allowed, unfortunately. I like engaging in communal activities, respecting the privacy at the same time.
