The room has a window with electric shutter to the cul-de-sac with only 7 houses. It is as pictured complete .
The room has large wardrobes and a shelf, a large desk and a table with two chairs and a bed. Everything as good as new.
There is a private bathroom with further storage space.
The rooms are very quiet as they are not next to each other. There is no street noise.
Ventilation is not necessary as the room has permanent ventilation with heat recovery.
Just move in and feel comfortable!

Es gibt ein eigenes Bad mit weiterem Stauraum.
Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, da sie nicht nebeneinander liegen. Es gibt keinen Straßenlärm.
Lüften ist nicht nötig, da das Zimmer über eine permanente Entlüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnung verfügt.

Ideal für Fahrradfahrer ohne lästiges Tragen aus dem Fahrradkeller. Fahrräder können ebenerdig in der Garage abgestellt werden. Zusammen mit dem elektrischen Garagentor entstehen so 5 Minuten Zeitgewinn.
