Das Zimmer gehört zu einer sanierten, hellen Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Krems. Das Fenster geht nach Südwesten, sodass es tagsüber immer lichtdurchflutetet ist. Die WG-Zimmer sind durch das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer getrennt. Die hohen Decken sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumgefühl.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der grünen Parkzone in Krems an der Donau, ausreichend Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen den Universitäten und der Kremser Innenstadt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Schillerstraße ist eine bunte schöne Straße mit vielen Altbauten direkt am Kremser Stadtpark.
Gesucht wird keine Zweck-WG sondern ein gemeinschaftliches, entspanntes WG-Leben. Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, ist aber nicht penibel. Gäste sind willkommen, jedoch keine unangekündigten Hauspartys. Ein ehrliches und freundschaftliches Miteinander ist mir auch sehr wichtig. Freue mich auf eure Nachrichten ☺️
