Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung.
Wir haben eine mittelgroße Küche mit Herd, Offen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikro, Kaffemaschine usw.
Ein großes Bad mit Badewanne die auch als Dusche benutzt wird. Im Bad steht die Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Außerdem gibts noch ein Flur, Wohnzimmer und eine große Terasse/Balkon (ca. 44qm²) mit Blick auf ein Feld bzw. Wald.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 21m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster sowie einen Zugang zum Balkon. Somit ist das Zimmer immer schön hell. Die Möbel würde ich für das halbe Jahr so da lassen, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
Die Wohnung liegt 12 min weg vom Bahnhof, und 10 min vom See. Zum Edeka sind es 10 min und zum Lidl 15. Alles zu Fuß.
Die Lage ist ruhig.
In der WG leben 3 berufstätige Freunde zusammen. Wir unternehmen oft was miteinander, ob kochen Bierchen beim Fernsehen trinken, auf dem Balkon chillen oder Feiern gehen. Die WG ist also auf keinen Fall als Zweck WG gedacht. Du solltest also am WG leben aktiv mitmachen. Natürlich kann man auch seine Ruhe haben wenn man will.
Wir suchen jemand der locker ist und gut in die WG rein passt. Egal ob berufstätig, Student oder sonst jemand.
