Das 12.5 m2 grosse WG Zimmer ist hofseitig ausgerichtet und dementsprechend besonders leise. Das Zimmer wird wie auf den Bildern möbliert vermietet.
Es bietet genügend Stauraum und hat alles was man braucht.
Die WG verfügt ausserdem über ein grosses Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Badewanne), ein zusätzliches kleines Badezimmer, ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa, eine grosse moderne Küche, sowie zwei Balkone.
The 12.5 m2 shared room faces the courtyard and is therefore particularly quiet. The room is rented furnished as shown in the pictures.
It offers enough storage space and has everything you need.
The shared flat also has a large bathroom (with shower and bathtub), an additional small bathroom, a very spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a large modern kitchen and two balconies.
In der Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Busstation Zentrum Pilatus ist gleich vor der Haustüre und die Talstation um auf den Pilatus zu gelangen ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Busstation zur Hochschule Luzern in Horw ist auch gerade vor dem Haus.
There are various grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The bus station Zentrum Pilatus is right in front of the house and the valley station to reach the Pilatus is only a 5-minute walk away. The bus station to the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Horw is also right in front of the house.
Fabian fliegt gerne Gleitschirm, hat im Sommer sein Studium abgeschlossen und ist nun daran sich in der harten Arbeitswelt zurechtzufinden. Er kocht gerne und duelliert sich leidenschaftlich mit Luca um die beste Rundenzeit auf diversen Ralleystrecken.
Luca der weniger talentierte Ralleyfahrer kompensiert dies mit ungeheurer Leidenschaft. Er ist so etwas wie das Mami und die gute Seele der WG :). Er fliegt auch Gleitschirm und mit ihm kann man über jedes Thema diskutieren.
Fabian enjoys paragliding, finished his studies in the summer and is now trying to find his way in the hard world of work. He likes to cook and passionately duels with Luca for the best lap time on various rally tracks.
Luca, the less talented rally driver, compensates for this with tremendous passion. He is something like the mummy and the good soul of the WG :). He also flies a paraglider and you can discuss any topic with him.
