Semester ist starting soon and you still have not found a place for you to stay?
I'm renting out the loft of my maisonette apartment for one month. This way you're close to University and it will make your search for a place to stay afterwards much easier.
As you can see from the photos the apartment is fully furnished.
There is a folding mattress on the floor of your room you are free to use as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can put all your stuff.
There is also a huge window with a roller blind.
Only downside: there is only a staircase separating the attic from the living room (no door). But I will do my best to give you as much privacy as possible by hanging up blankets along the rail and whatever else is necessary.
The S-Bahn Linie S2 is only a 2 minute walk away.
The S2 leaves every 15 minutes (30 minutes at night and on weekends).
It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Frankfurt Main Station.
Grocery shopping is also very easy: there is a Rewe down the street.
I marked everything on a screenshot. Go ahead and take a look at the photos if you have not done it yet.
I live here with my boyfriend who is going abroad for a month. I thought it would be nice to have some company during this time.
I work full time as a trainee for application development. I usually leave the house around 7:00 in the morning and get back at about 18:00 o'clock.
After work I usually make dinner and watch some series.
If you're interested shoot me an email.
Things I like to know about you:
- name
- age
- field of study / job
- native language (mine is German btw.)
- favorite series
- favorite food
- and whatever you think would be interesting for me to know.
You only want to stay a week or two? No problem!
You can stay for 125€ per week.
I'm looking forward to your message!
Martina
