Helles Zimmer mit super Blick auf den Schlenken (Berg) und einem eigenen Balkonausgang.
Ich besitze viele Pflanzen, was für ein super Wohngefühl sorgt. Das Zimmer und die WG allgemein ist KOMPLETT möbliert, daher verlange ich auch 300€ Kaution, was natürlich wenn nichts beschädigt ist, zurückerstattet wird nach Auszug.
Super geeignet für Studenten oder sonstige :)

Du brauchst ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (wenn du mein Fahrrad übernehmen willst, dann verlange ich dafür extra 100€ als Kaution) zur FH Kuchl und 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Es gibt tolle Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein Kuhstall ist nebenan und ebenso das Vermieterhaus, allerdings hat man mit denen nicht so viel zu tun.. Was sehr angenehm ist.. Man kann sich echt unglaublich frei fühlen in diesem Haus. Die komplette WG ist über 2 Stockwerke groß, man hat also viel Freiraum.
Anna und Leonie werden die Mitbewohnerinnen sein. Die sind komplett unkompliziert und sehr lustig.. Sie treiben gerne Sport und sind für gemeinsame Kochabende immer zu haben. Sie studieren Holztechnologie im derzeitigen 4. Semester.
