Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in Künzelsau.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 Quadratmeter groß und unmöbliert. (Mein Bett sowie der Schrank verkaufe ich gerne an dich.)
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, die gemeinsam genutzt wird und insgesamt zwei Bäder (nicht schlecht, wenns mal morgens schneller gehen muss ;) ).
Außerdem habt ihr die Möglichkeit eure Fahrräder im großen Keller abzustellen, oder euer Auto auf dem Privatparkplatz direkt am Haus zu parken.
Auch einkaufstechnisch geht es fast nicht besser - Aldi und Kaufland sind grade ums Eck.
Das Haus in dem sich die WG befindet besteht insgesamt aus 4 WGs, mit 6 weiteren Mitbewohnern, die sich natürlich auf dich freuen würden.
Im Sommer gibt es die Möglichkeit auch raus zu sitzen und sich in der Sonne vom stressigen Studentenleben zu erholen ;).
Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten und drauf euch mein kleines, aber schönes Zimmer mal zu zeigen.
