A room in my shared flat is becoming available as I am moving out end of March. It is 14 square metres in size, has a square layout and a large window with a view of the mountains.
The furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe) is part of the flat and provided by the landlady. There is a large kitchen with enough storage space for everyone and two fridges which is shared in pairs. A dishwasher is also available. There is a large conservatory with a dining table and a view of the surrounding mountains. There is also a large living room.
There are also 2 bathrooms - a small guest toilet and a large one with a shower. Bicycles can be stored outside under cover.
The WG is located near city center with just 5 minutes walk. There are several grocery stores nearby and also shopping center.
The nearest bus stop is just a two minutes walk away and the train station is about 10 minutes away.
The WG is also just a short walk away from the Kaiser lift and other hiking areas in Kufstein.
In the apartment are there 3 other people living. Two of them are working for LKW Walter and one is studying at the university in the city.
It is an international apartment so main communication goes in english, but some knows german and the landlord is Austrian.
The roommates are nice and keeps the place clean. We use a weekly cleaning list so you just have to clean the apartment once per month.
The apartment is fully furnitured will all the things you need. There is a bike rack by the building so you can storage your bike under the roof.
There are also a WG in the basement where there are 3 students.
