Ihr seid zwischen 16-30Jahre sucht ein kleine Wohnung oder Wohnmöglichkeit und wollt nicht gerne ganz alleine Wohnen ist eine WG vllt eine gute alternative.
Wir haben 2 Bäder (eins mit Dusche und Wanne und eins nur mit Dusche)
eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Trockner (ca. 20m²) sowie ein großes Wohn und Esszimmer (45m²) auch ein kleiner Garten mit Terrasse ist vorhanden für gemeinsame Grillabende.
Die gesamte Wohnfläsche sind ca.250m² auf 3 Stockwerke verteilt
Im 1.Stock befindet sich noch zusätzlich ein weiterer Balkon
Parkfläche bietet der großzügige Hof genügend
Der Mietpreis richtet sich nach Anzahl der Mieter ;)
