Falls du einen Secondhand-Gegenstand über eBay-Kleinanzeigen nach Hause transportieren möchtest, wird unser netter Vermieter dabei behilflich sein. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige gemeinsame Küche und ein Badezimmer.
A cozy and bright room in a 3-person shared apartment is available. The room is unfurnished but has enough space for a single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. If you need help transporting a secondhand item from eBay Kleinanzeigen, our friendly landlord will assist you. The apartment features a spacious shared kitchen and a bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 6 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt, von der aus du in 15-20 Minuten zum Tübingen Hbf gelangen kannst. Der Bus fährt unter der Woche alle 30 Minuten und am Wochenende stündlich. Zudem erreichst du in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Bus große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi Süd, Netto, DM, Depot, usw.
The apartment is just a 6-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, from where you can reach Tübingen Hbf (main train station) in 15-20 minutes. The bus operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on weekends. Additionally, you can reach major shopping options such as Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi Süd, Netto, DM, Depot, etc. in just 15 minutes by bus.
Wir sind eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene WG, bestehend aus zwei Studentinnen an der Uni Tübingen. Ich bin eine 30-jährige Doktorandin aus Südkorea im Fach Erziehungswissenschaft und Katharina ist eine 19-jährige Erstsemesterstudentin im Studiengang Soziologie. Da wir alle studieren, legen wir großen Wert auf eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die offen, respektvoll und ordentlich ist. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kochen oder gemütliche Abende sind bei uns willkommen, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Freiraum.
We are a friendly and open-minded shared apartment consisting of two female students at the University of Tübingen. I am a 30-year-old doctoral candidate from South Korea studying Education Sciences, and Katharina is a 19-year-old first-year student majoring in Sociology. As we are all students, we highly value a calm atmosphere. We are looking for a roommate who is open, respectful, and tidy. Shared activities like cooking or cozy evenings are welcome, but everyone also has their own space.
Der Mietpreis beträgt 350 Euro kalt, 30.33 Nebenkosten für Strom. Alle drei Monaten zahlen wir auch GEZ Gebühren. Ablösungskosten 30 Euro fürs Bett.

The monthly rent is 350 euros (excluding utilities) with an additional 30.33 euros for electricity. Every three months, we also split the GEZ fees. 30 euros for one bed.
