Da ich zurück in meinen Heimatort ziehe, suchen wir zum 1. September eine neue Mitbewohnerin für mein WG-Zimmer. Neben dem Zimmer und den Zimmern meiner drei Mitbewohnerinnen gehören zu der WG eine große Küche, ein WC und ein Badezimmer. Zusätzlich haben wir ein weiteres Zimmer, welches von uns als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird. Jede Mitbewohnerin hat ihren eigenen Mietvertrag.
Lage: Die WG liegt super zentral in Landau. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Zur Uni sind es auch nur etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ganz in der Nähe sind auch der Westbahnhof und das Landauer Freibad.
Mitbewohnerinnen: Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Oluwafunke, Rebekka und Klara. Oluwafunke und Rebekka studieren beide Umweltwissenschaften im Master. Klara arbeitet Vollzeit in einem Hotel in der Umgebung.

P.S Da wir in der WG, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger erst vor kurzem neu anschaffen mussten würde noch eine Abschlagszahlung von 140 Euro zusammen dazukommen.
Since I will move back to my home village, we are looking for a new flatmate for my room from September 1st. In addition to the room and the rooms of my three flatmates there is a huge kitchen, the bathroom, a separate WC, and an extra room which we use as a living room. Each tenant has their own contract.
Our apartment is centrally located with lots of shopping facilities being in close walking distance. We can reach university on foot in about fifteen minutes. Westbahnhof and Feizeitbad Landau are close by as well.
Your future flatmates are Oluwafunke, Rebekka, and Klara. Oluwafunke and Rebekka are studying Environmental sciences in the masters program and Klara works at a hotel near Landau.
