Die Wohnung wurde gerade frisch rennoviert und ist voll möbiliert, modern und funktionell ausgestattet.
Die WG wird neu gegründet, es handelt sich um ein Erstbezug.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 17m2 groß und kostet 450 Euro kalt, zuzüglich Nebenkosten in Höhe von 60 Euro.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an Rathausplatz in Landau. Füßläufig sind es nur wenige Minuten an die Uni.

Die WG wird gerade neu gegründet und kann somit ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen gestaltet werden. Mein Name ist Lisa, ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere im 3. Semester Psychologie. Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, mit der man einen Koch- oder Spieleabend verbringen kann, die aber auch Verständnis dafür hat, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte.
Ich würde mich als offene, herzliche und mal mehr, mal weniger lustige Person beschreiben :)). Ich würde mir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis wünschen & dass man sich gegenseitig unterstützt im Zusammenleben, anstatt nebeneinanderher zu wohnen. Eine Zweck-WG kommt für mich daher nicht infrage. Falls du Interesse hast, kannst du dich gerne bei mir melden & wir können ein Treffen vereinbaren, bei dem dann selbstverständlich auch die Wohnung besichtigt werden könnte. Ich freue mich!
