Die WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und beinhaltet insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Esszimmer, Speisekammer sowie Bad und WC.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine sowie mit allerlei Geschirr und Koch-Utensilien. Auch das Esszimmer ist mit einem großen Tisch, Stühlen sowie Schränken voll möbliert.
Die Nebenkosten sind als Pauschale bereits in die Miete einberechnet. Der Strom jedoch wird wie sonst üblich über den Verbrauch abgerechnet. Weitere WG-Kosten sind Internet, WG-Kasse sowie Rundfunkgebühren, welche gesamt zusätzlich nochmal ca. 20 € pro Monat ausmachen.
Die Zimmer werden ansonsten unmöbliert übergeben.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
