Temporary Stay (sublet) 2 rooms in one room. This room has 2 room in one door. 1st room is 16m2 and 2nd room is 36m2. The ladder to go upto 2nd room is in the first room as seen in the photos.

The room has all the furniture and it has big windows on the roof , so room is very bright.

2 Persons can move into room.

The location is in Landshut-west. The central station and Altstadt is 10 minutes away with bus and bicycle.

Landshut Park is 2 km away with bicycle.

Bus stop is 3 minutes away by walk.

In WG there ar currently 4 person living. We speak mostly english. Most of them are working full time.
In the evening and on weekend we have dinner together.

The house also has big garden, outdoor sitting area.

It also has living room with all the furniture

Kitchen is equipped with 6 stoves and 2 Oven and dishwasher. We also have two refrigerator.

It has two washroom: 1 shower and Toilet. Second bathroom has only toilet.

It has plenty of storage and basement if fully empty to store anything.

The deposit can be paid via Deutsche Kautionskasse(guarantee) No need to pay deposit.
