2nd WG room 2er WG Zimmer

The location is quiet yet central. A bus stop is located in front of the front door but also by bicycle the city centre is quickly reached. Landshut-Achdorf is a good and popular district.

Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Haustüre aber auch mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt schnell erreicht. Landshut-Achdorf ist ein guter und beliebter Stadtteil.

Hello you loved ones,

As my current roommate moves back to his homeland, a super WG room is available.
Right at the beginning: I don't want to have a purpose here WG, but have a good contact with each other, in which time is spent together with e.g. grilling on the balcony, film night, going away to the city, cycling tours, yoga making, going to bathe, archery, board games or cocks and what's still happening :)
ps: there are many hobbies on my part;) but I am also creative and handcrafted active with, among others, painting, plastifying, crocheting etc.
I am working in the therapeutic - nursing area, therefore at different times on the go.
A bit of Nerdy what Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Animes etc. would be nice but no need to ;)

Of course, everyone also needs their privacy, which is also given and desired in this WG.

The "Inventar" also includes 2 cuddly and sweet house🐱, which can also get out in beautiful weather, so there should be no or only a weak animal hair allergy. Of course, the supply of stubigers is mine. But they can be cuddled by you and played with them.

Hallo ihr lieben Interessenten,

Da mein aktueller Mitbewohner wieder in seine Heimat zieht steht ein super WG Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Gleich zu Beginn: Ich möchte hier keine Zweck WG, sondern einen guten Kontakt miteinander haben, in welcher auch Zeit zusammen verbracht wird mit z.b. grillen auf dem Balkon, Filmabend, weggehen in die Stadt, Fahrradtouren, Yoga machen, baden gehen, Bogenschießen, Brettspiele oder zocken und was noch so einfällt :)
ps: da sind schon viele Hobbies meinerseits dabei ;) aber ich bin auch kreativ und handwerklich aktiv mit u.a. malen, plastizieren, häkeln etc. quasi eine "Bastelgabi" :-D
Ich bin arbeitstätig im therapeutisch - pflegerischen Bereich, daher zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten unterwegs.
Ein bisschen Nerdy was Harry Potter, Herr der Ringe, Animes etc. wäre schön ist aber kein muss ;)

Natürlich braucht auch jeder seine Privatsphäre, was auch in dieser WG gegeben und gewünscht ist.

Zum "Inventar" gehören außerdem auch 2 kuschelige und süße Haus🐱, welche bei schönem Wetter auch mal raus dürfen, deshalb sollte keine oder nur eine schwache Tierhaarallergie vorhanden sein. Die Versorgung der Stubentiger liegt natürlich bei mir^^ Aber sie dürfen von dir gerne gekuschelt und mit ihnen gespielt werden.

Bei Interesse meldet euch einfach mit einer kleinen Beschreibung eurerseits^^ Ich würde mich freuen.

The remaining common spaces are already equipped and everything is shared.
The bathroom has 2 sinks, so everyone has their own. In the apartment there is a separate small storage room.
There is a seperates toilet to the bathroom. There is also an attic and basement compartment.
Shops, bakery, gas station and restaurants are nearby.
About a description of your page I would be happy to answer your question ^^^

Ps: the transfer or exchange of furniture can also be spoken if ideas exist or if you want to bring other furniture into the common spaces;)

Die restlichen gemeinsamen Räume sind bereits ausgestattet und es wird alles gemeinsam genutzt.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über 2 Waschbecken, sodass jeder sein eigenes hat. In der Wohnung gibt es einen separaten kleinen Abstellraum.
Es gibt ein seperates WC zum Badezimmer. Zudem sind ein Dachboden- und Kellerabteil vorhanden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei, Tankstelle und Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.
Über eine Beschreibung von deiner Seite würde ich mich freuen bei deiner Anfrage ^^

Ps: über das Umstellen oder Austauschen von Möbeln kan auch gesprochen werden, wenn Ideen bestehen oder du andere Möbel in die Gemeinschaftsräume miteinbringen möchtest ;)
