Das Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Echtholzboden und große Fenster sowie hohe Decken (Altbau). Dazu kommt die gemeinsame Küche die sehr groß ist (20qm) und das Badezimmer das auch relativ groß ist (8qm).
Die Wohnung liegt zentral mit weniger als 10min Laufweg zum Bahnhof, alles nötige an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Bahnverbindungen nach z.B. Kaiserslautern sind sehr gut und es kommt mehrmals pro Stunde ein Zug.
Meine Mitbewohnerin muss leider ausziehen und deshalb suche ich eine/n neue Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin sehr offen für alles, würde mir aber wünschen dass du auch mal etwas unternehmen wollen würdest und das Zusammenleben nicht nur zum Zweck ist, sondern vielleicht auch eine Freundschaft entsteht.
