Da ich zur Zeit nicht in Hessen studiere suche ich eine*n Mitbewohner*in für meine Wohnung. Ich bin ab und zu am Wochenende da und durchgängig in den Semesterferien. Von daher hättest du die meiste Zeit die gesamte Wohnung für dich alleine. Das Zimmer hat ca. 13qm und einen großen Schrank, sowie zwei große Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig direkt am Wald gelegen. Direkt angrenzend gibt es einen Fußballplatz, einen Tennisklub, sowie eine Sporthalle mit Sportplatz. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 6 Minuten am Bahnhof und von da aus sind es ca. 15 Minuten bis nach Darmstadt oder Frankfurt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 8-10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Autobahnauffahrt ist ebenso in unmittelbarer Nähe
