We are looking for a new roommate for our great 3-person girls' shared apartment from July 1st, 2024. The apartment is on the northern outskirts of Regensburg on the border with Lappersdorf (Regensburger Straße) and has the following key data:
-Living space 100 m²
- Your room approx. 18 m³, is furnished (as in the picture). All Furnitures can be bought for 100 euros.
- Shared living room with large balcony
- Garden area and terrace
- 473 euros / month everything included
- Well connected via BUS - bus stop 13,14,15
Barbara (25) and Karine (34) would be your roommates and both work. Ideally you are female, between 21 and 36 years old and also employed/student. Feel free to get in touch for a personal meeting.
