In unserer 3er WG mit einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich, Küche, Bad, Gästetoilette sowie einem Balkon wird ein ca. 15 m² großes und unmöbliertes Zimmer frei.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind ein großer, offener und lichtdurchfluteter Raum. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, bis auf dein Zimmer. Wir haben im Keller eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und zwei zusätzliche Abstellräume.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Laupheim. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bäcker, usw. sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof (Laupheim Stadt) und eine Bushaltestelle sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner (29 und 30 Jahre alt) sind beide berufstätig, haben gemeinsame Hobbies, Lust am WG-Leben und einen gewissen Sinn für Ordnung.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und spontan. Wir legen einen großen Wert auf eine gute Kommunikation.
Internet, Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Rundfunkgebühren und eine Reinigungskraft sind bereits im Preis enthalten.
