It's a small room but big enough to have a double bet and a desk, and there space in the corridor for the cloths.
There is a big leavingroom with 3 sofa, realy nice to chill with friends or watch tv. and two other rooms
For the RENT:
500 Euro/month OR 130 euro/WEEK but min 3week please
Also i ask a 150frs more like a garantie for the key and furniture i will give you back when you leave.
The flat is just between the main station and the lac. (5min to both)
Perfect location, everything could be done by feet.
And there is a metro 5min close if you don't want to clime the 3stop the centre (by feet around 10min)
We are 3 in the flat. the two others are friends, so good atmosphere they have just started there Doctorat in EPFL.
The weekend there is most of the time only me so you will have the flat for your-self a guess.
