Wir suchen noch einen netten Mitbewohner zum 01.04 für unsere Wohnung in Lehre. Sie liegt nahe an einer Bushaltestelle, wo man mit der 230 in jeweils ca 20min in Wob oder Bs ist. Also gut, wenn man im Werk arbeitet oder studiert. Es wäre toll, wenn es keine Zweck-WG werden würden. Wenn du das aber so wolltest wäre es auch in Ordnung.
Wir sind beides Studenten, allerdings eher ruhiger.
Dein Zimmer hat ein schönes großes Fenster.
Auf Wunsch könnten wir dein Zimmer möbilieren.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon.
Für die etwas fauleren haben wir auch eine Spülmaschine :D
Ansonsten melde dich einfach und wir machen einen Termin zum besichtigen aus :)
Achja, schön wäre es auch, wenn du geplant länger fristig hier wohnen wolltest.
In 3-5 min kommt man zur Bushaltestelle.
Die Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig gelegen nur 100-200m entfernt gibt es einen Feldweg zum spazieren.
