Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Es liegt zur ruhigen Straßenseite einer Sackgasse, in der kaum Autos fahren. Dadurch ist es besonders ruhig und angenehm.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein weiteres 7m² großes Zimmer, das mit einem Tisch ausgestattet ist – perfekt für gemeinsame Abendessen mit Freund:innen oder als Schlafplatz für schnarchende Besucher:innen. 😉

The room is 14m² in size, has a beautiful floorboard and is rented unfurnished. It is located on the quiet side of a cul-de-sac where there are hardly any cars. This makes it particularly quiet and pleasant.
In addition, there is another 7m² room equipped with a table - perfect for dinners with friends or as a sleeping place for snoring visitors. 😉
A well-equipped, completely new kitchen and a washing machine are also available.
Altlindenau ist ein ruhiges und charmantes Viertel, das gerade richtig im Kommen ist! Direkt vor der Haustür beginnt der Leutzscher Holz, ein großer Grünstreifen durch die ganze Stadt, perfekt zum Joggen, Spazieren oder einfach mal Abschalten. 🌳
Mit der Tram 7 bist du schnell in der Innenstadt und am Hauptbahnhof. Auch mit dem Rad bist du in 20 Minuten in der Stadt oder an der Uni. Der Lindenauer Markt ist gleich um die Ecke. Dort findest du alles, was du brauchst – von Kaufland über dm bis hin zu kleinen Cafés und Läden. Außerdem gibt’s einen Aldi in Laufnähe für den schnellen Einkauf.
Die Gegend ist super entspannt – tagsüber hört man vielleicht mal Kinder von der benachbarten Schule, ansonsten ist es einfach herrlich ruhig.

Altlindenau is a quiet and charming neighbourhood that is really on the up! The Leutzscher Holz, a large green strip running through the entire city, starts right on the doorstep and is perfect for jogging, walking or simply switching off. 🌳
Tram 7 takes you quickly to the city centre and the main train station. You can also be in the city centre or at the university in 20 minutes by bike. Lindenauer Markt is just around the corner. You'll find everything you need there - from Kaufland and dm to small cafés and shops. There's also an Aldi supermarket within walking distance for quick shopping.
The area is super relaxed - during the day you might hear children from the neighbouring school, otherwise it's just wonderfully quiet.
Ich bin Maximilian und seit ein paar Tagen in Leipzig zuhause, nachdem ich gerade aus Norwegen zurückgekommen bin, wo ich mein Erasmussemester verbracht habe. In den nächsten Monaten werde ich meine Masterarbeit in Geodäsie schreiben.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne laufen, koche mit Freund:innen und erkunde Leipzigs kulturelle Highlights – sei es das Gewandhaus, Theater oder die Oper. Aktuell bin ich noch dabei, die WG etwas zu renovieren und freue mich darauf, sie mit einer:m neuen Mitbewohner:in zu teilen.

I'm Maximilian and I've been at home in Leipzig for a few days now, having just returned from Norway, where I spent my Erasmus semester. In the next few months I will be writing my master's thesis in geodesy.
In my free time, I like to go running, cook with friends and explore Leipzig's cultural highlights - be it the Gewandhaus, the theatre or the opera. I'm currently renovating the flat share and am looking forward to sharing it with a new flatmate.

Das Zimmer ist erstmal befristet, da ich nach meinem Master voraussichtlich mit dem Arbeiten anfange. Es kann sein, dass ich in Leipzig bleibe – dann wäre eine längerfristige WG möglich :) Falls ich jedoch jobbedingt in eine andere Stadt ziehen muss, würde sich die WG auflösen.

The room is temporary, as I expect to start working after my Master's degree. I may stay in Leipzig - then a longer-term flat share would be possible :) However, if I have to move to another city for work reasons, the flat share would be cancelled.
