Hey,
unsere Mitbewohnerin ist von Februar bis Mai (optional auf länger) in Berlin und wir, Lora (35), Philine (32) und Buddy (unser sweeter Hund), suchen während dieser Zeit Person zur Zwischenmiete.
Unsere WG ist unser Zuhause, und wir suchen jemanden, der Lust hat, für den Rest des Winters Teil unserer kleinen Familie zu sein. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, hängen in der Küche ab, spielen Kniffel oder machen Spaziergänge. Wir arbeiten beide, sind also nicht immer zu Hause, und wenn wir es sind, genießen wir es auch, ab und zu etwas Zeit für uns zu haben.
Das freie Zimmer ist das größte der Wohnung, und Teilmöbliert, wir können gern drüber sprechen was du in der Zeit im Zimmer brauchst oder was du selbst mitbringst.
Da die Person die eigentlich als Zwischenmiete einziehen wollte leider spontan doch nicht kann, ist das Zimmer theoretisch auch jetzt frei und falls du also schon ab jetzt was suchst können wir gern auch schon einen früheren Einzug absprechen.

our rommie will be in Berlin from February to May, and we, Lora (35), Philine (32), and Buddy (our sweet dog), are looking for someone to sublet the room during this time.
Our shared apartment is our home, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of our little family for the rest of the winter. We enjoy cooking together, hanging out in the kitchen, playing board games like Kniffel, or going for walks. We both work, so we're not always home, but when we are, we also enjoy having some time for ourselves now and then.
The available room is the largest in the apartment, its partly furnished and we can arrange what you need in during this time in the room or if you bring some furniture yourself. As the person who wanted to move in as an interim tenant is unfortunately unable to do so, the room is theoretically available from now on and if you are looking for something from now alreay, we could also arrange an earlier move-in.

Die Wohnung liegt in Altlindenau und eigentlich ist alles was man so braucht sehr nah :) In 10 Minuten bist du zu Fuß im Wald, genauso am Lindenauer Markt zum Einkaufen und brauchst auch nur ein paar Minuten zur Georg-Schwarz-Straße, wo es Restaurants und Bars gibt.
