Ab April wird bei mir das kleinere Zimmer der 2 Zimmer-Wohnung frei weil meine aktuell mitbewohnende Person mit der Partnerin zusammenzieht.
Als Nachfolger*in wünsche ich mir eine FLINTA*, aber noch lieber nur ANTI* Person.
Das Zimmer geht nach Nordwesten zum grünen Hinterhof raus, im Sommer hört man oft die Kinder die dort spielen.
Ansonsten gibt es neben einer Badewanne, Speisekammer und Spülmaschine als Highlights einen Balkon wo in der warmen Jahreshälfte sehr schön Zeit draußen verbracht werden kann :)

From April, the smaller room in my 2-room apartment will become available because my current flatmate is moving in with its partner. I would like a FLINTA* person to take over, but I would prefer an ANTI* person.
The room faces north-west towards the green backyard, and in summer you can often hear the children playing there. Apart from that, the highlights include a bathtub, pantry and dishwasher, as well as a balcony where you can spend a lot of time outside in the warm half of the year :)

Mit denen oder dem Fahrrad kommt man in 15-20 min in die Stadt.

The apartment is in Altlindenau on the border to Leutzsch, the stop "Am DIakonissenaus" is reachable in 1 min where the 7 & 74 go. With these or the bike you can get into the city in 15-20 min.
In 5 min walk you are in the beautiful Auwald and in 10 min at the Palmengarten.
In descending proximity there are Konsum, Aldi, Lidl, Im Angebot, Kaufland, REWE, Penny
You can get to Georg-Schwarz Straße with its bars, spätis and event venues very quickly and there is, for example, the queer bar Pixi just around the corner!
Da ich (Dori, 30, keine Pronomen/sie/ihr) 25h die Woche als Systemadministrator*in arbeiten gehe und mit Ehrenamt und generell einem vollem Alltag ausgestattet bin, sollte es dich nicht stören wenn wir uns manchmal nur kurz abends sehen. Wenn die Zeit da ist, koche, quatsche und oder schaue ich aber sehr gern einen Film zusammen. Ich nehme dich auch gern mit zu den (queeren) Veranstaltungen zu denen ich gehe und freue mich auch über Einladungen :3
Wenn es für dich passt können wir sehr gern ein Modell für gemeinsame Lebensmittelnutzung etablieren, wichtig wäre es mir dabei das du mindestens vegetarisch lebst.
Bisher hatte ich hier noch keinen Putzplan, der Anspruch ist eine saubere und aufgeräumte Wohnung in der sich alle wohlfühlen können.

Since I (Dori, 30, they/she) work 25 hours a week as a system administrator and have a full day of volunteer work and in generally a busy life, you shouldn't mind if we sometimes only see each other briefly in the evening. If there is time, I like to cook, chat and or watch a movie together. I also like to take you to the (queer) events I go to and am happy to receive invitations :3
If it suits you, we can establish a model for sharing food, it would be important to me that you live at least vegetarian. So far I haven't had a cleaning plan here, the goal is a clean and tidy apartment in which everyone can feel comfortable.
