we are renting this room for the month of march. it is spacious and has furniture. the windows are sound proof
the room has different furniture now than the ones in the picture
we also have a small guestroom (the one with the sofas on the picture)
georg schwarz str is a very cute street full of bars and different shops. the tram 7 passes by the street
Anh and I (Luzia) are two girls, both students at Uni Leipzig and have been living together in the flat for a couple lf years :) we are looking for an uncomplicated person who respects the flat and takes care of it
