Die Wohnung hat 3 gleichgroße Zimmer (17qm), das Wohnzimmer teilen wir uns. Dein Zimmer verfügt über ein sehr großes Fenster, wodurch es sehr hell und offen ist. Vorhänge, Bett, Nachttisch können gern genutzt werden.

10 min mit Rad in die Innenstadt, 2 min zu mehreren Bus und Bahn Linien, Supermärkte und Gastro in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich bin Paula, 30 Jahre alt, komme aus dem sozialen Bereich und beginne im August eine Vollzeit Weiterbildung. Ich stelle mir das WG Leben als herzlich und gemeinschaftlich vor. Ich unternehme gerne etwas und habe gerne Gäste, brauche aber auch oft me time und meine Ruhe :) meine wilden Party Jahre sind vorbei, afterhoures nicht mein Ding. Gerne aber Film Abende, Brunch und so weiter. Ich verbringe sehr viel Zeit in einem gemeinschaftlichen Kleingarten, der in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Das kompensiert den fehlenden Balkon :) Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir sehr wichtig, in einer WG erwarte ich, dass von allein Seiten auf eine Grundordnung geachtet wird.
